Comprehension of:  basic communication definitions;  interpersonal communication models; different levels and views of interpersonal communication models; the social role of language and speech; communication pragmatics; understanding nonverbal communication; persuasive communication elements; emotions; main relational subjects; basic conflict dimensions in a communication process; understanding the importance of interpersonal communication among health professionals; supportive communication characteristic; emphaty;  confidence in communication; communication ethics; effective communication establishment (nurse's duties; patient's duties); disorders and misuderstandings among health proffesionals and patients; nderstanding supervision as a method for achieving better nursing relations

Distinction between communication levels and views; communication theory use in practice; comprehension and use of verbal and nonverbal communication elements; implementation of the relational communication theory in practice;  use of mediating communication in practice; understanding the importance of a supervision method.
