Subject-specific competences:
Implementation of basic physiotherapy methods and techniques, proposed after the evaluation of condition or after setting of physiotherapeutic diagnosis and using basic kinesiotherapy and instrumental physiotherapy.
 
Evaluation of influence of different methods and techniques at the quality of proposed physiotherapy and critical assessment of its results. 
 
Practical aspects of Safety at work at physiotherapy and physiotherapy devices.
 
Objectives and competences:
The aim of the course is implentation of gained theoretical and practical knowledge and clinical practise at different levels of health care. 
 
 
Specific competences of the course
 
Ability to assess the patient’s condition, to highlight difficulties, to set goals of physiotherapy and implement physiotherapy practise. 
 
According to ethical principles ability to consider the patient and communicate with the patient.
 
Student can conduct all physiotherapeutic methods and techniques, in accordance to the problems of patient and has an ability of critical assessment of results of work with patient.
 
Student is familiar with the role of teamwork in health care and the role of physiotherapist in it. 

Knowledge and understanding:
Student can explain the process of methods and techniques of physiotherapy and factors that influence to the quality of performance. 
 
Student learns how to perform physiotherapeutic methods and techniques with patients with different problems and is able to consider patient holistically. 
Student is able to choose and implement suitable  physiotherapeutic exercises and devices (electrotherapy, thermotherapy, mechanotherapy).
