Subject-specific competences: |
- The basics and principles of exercise therapy and sports exercise and basic principles of the method of motoric ability development of different target groups.
- The principle of fast and delayed response of different subsystems of organism to the process of exercise therapy and sports exercise

Objectives and competences:
- The content of the subject will enable students that will pass the exam to
- To know the influence of different movement or sport exercises for different target groups.
- To acquaint themselves with the meaning and stating points of planning and leading of movement and sports exercise for different target groups (children, youth, elderly, athletes, women, chronic patients,…)
Knowledge and understanding:
Student will upgrade basic knowledge about the role and the meaning of a preventive kinesiology, a curative and a rehabilitation with knowledge of movement and sports training basics that are specific for different target groups. Student will also gain the ability to adapt different target groups to several types and forms of exercise.
Student will understand the meaning of evaluation of functional abilities of an individual for determination of condition of an individual. That is important for planning and the way of leading the exercise for different target groups. |
