• Describing models of  errors, human and other factors leading to errors
• Describing  harmful personal approach of dealing with errors
• Learning of systemic approach to patient safety incidents
• Implementing errors reporting system and participation in root cause analysis
• Understanding healthcare failure mode and effect analysis
• Building culture of safety
• Establishing program of patient safety in healthcare organisation
