Subject specific competences:

- To acquire knowledge about workplace health promotion, its development, differences and similarities with complementary fields, and about different strategies and approaches within WHP.
- To know and understand WHP features and values.
- To understand that WHP mostly applies to changes of working, social and natural conditions, that either cause diseases or promote and enable health.
- To know how to use different WHP strategies and approaches in diverse working environments.
- To know how to choose an adequate WHP strategy / strategies combination for the defined work-related problem.
- Internalization of WHP values: social justice and equity, inclusion, empowerment, and respect for all the employees.
