Call for enrolment in second-cycle Master's Study Program (Master's degree/2y) "Health Promotion" at the Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care for the academic year 2021/2022

Based on the decision at the 6th meeting of the Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care Senate in 2020/2021, dated 17 March 2021, the Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care (ABFHC) is calling for enrolment into the second Bologna cycle Study Program Health Promotion (Master's degree/2y) for the academic year 2021/2022.

 Number of admissions for the academic year 2021/2022:

 30 admissions for part-time studies.

 Program duration / Professional title: 2 years (120 ECTS); Master of Nursing Care

 Location of the study program: Ljubljana, ABFHC, Study Center Ljubljana, Ob železnici 30a.

The first round of applications will be open from 1 April to 31 August 2021 through the online portal eVŠ: http://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava.

In case of remaining free enrolment places, the second round of applications will be open between 6 and 10 September 2021. The first application deadline is intended for Slovenian citizens, citizens of the European Union and foreigners; the second application deadline is intended only for Slovenian citizens.

Since the program does not have a concession, it will be implemented under the condition that a minimum of 15 candidates are enrolled.

 Access requirements: 

1.     Candidates wishing to enrol in the study program must have graduated from a first Bologna cycle study program classified under ISCED (72) Health. These are the study programs that include the basic knowledge of human functioning in the period of health and illness at the undergraduate level of study.  

2.     Students of other fields of study must pass a differential exam worth up to 10 ECTS credits in the missing subject matter (basic knowledge on human functioning in periods of health and illness), which will be determined at the individual level by the Student Affairs Committee and the ABFHC Senate. Students must complete the differential examinations during the course of study and the exams are not a pre-condition for enrolling in the program.

In the event of limited enrolment, the candidates will be selected based on diploma grade (20%) and average grade during studies (80%).

Candidates should send proof of fulfilling the conditions or application attachments via registered mail or deliver them personally to ABFHC, Ob železnici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana within the defined application deadlines.
