Care4Health team member dr. Monika Zadnikar presentetd project Care4Health and soft skills at 18th school for clinical mentors.

More than 50 clinical mentors attended the lecture and later participated at the debate on how important soft skills in the clinical environment are.

Clinical mentors pointed out that soft skills are highly important in a relationship toward students on practice and later when they become young co-workers in a hospital team. 

Also the need to speak and learn about the use of soft skills in comminucation with patients and also working coleagues emerged. 

Slovenian team of Care4Health project concluded that soft skills are the contents to speak and educate about also in the future.
