Care4Health

Care4Health project is in its final stage. Therefore Care4Health project members met in Pordenone, in Italy to discuss final steps of the project and prepare for clouser. Planned and implemented 7th transnational project team meeting was hosted by ASFO and University of Udine. Care4Health team was greeted by  the Executive Directors of ASFO, dr. Giuseppe Tonutti, dr. Michele Chittaro, dr.ssa Elena Cussigh, from the President of the Nursing Board of Pordenone dr. Luciano Clarizia and representatives of the University of Udine. Great value of this kind of projects were mentioned and The importance of great work of Care4Health team was oulined and greeted. 

 

Team disccused about final reporting, planned multiplier events and updated Dissemination Plan and shared progress on quality assessment. The project coordinator from Slovene natioanal agency Cmepius also greeted Care4Health team and congratulated for good work on the project.

 

 

New hopsital is being build in Pordenone and Care4Health team members had the honour to see the new Hospital and its organization. It was s great experience, with wish that there would be more new hospitals in other cities too.
