WELL - ED partners carried out 2-day long exchange of expertise for 12 educators
Exchanged best practices in the field of student and staff health and wellbeing.
JAMK was hosting a two daylong exchange of expertise in healthcare and well-being of students and staff on February 16th and 17th, 2026 in Jyvaskyla, Finland as a part of “Well-ED: The Well-being University: Nursing higher education back to health” project. Designed as a 2-day long intensive training on green health, developing green competences, digitalization, blended learning and recognition of continued education, mental health and emotional well-being, healthy eating habits, digital and physical health, self-management, leadership and engagement will serve to increase knowledge of 12 educators.
The Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care's staff provided expertise on green health and physical health. Veleučilište u Šibeniku staff provided expertise on digitalization, blended learning and the recognition of continued education.
The University of Udine's staff provided expertise on mental health and emotional well-being
UNIVERSIDAD DE MURCIA staff provided expertise in healthy eating habits and nutrition
JAMK University's staff shared its expertise in in digital and physical health, while European Business Association / Europska poslovna udruga) provided expertise in self-management, leadership and engagement and also in developing green competences.

Second day was devoted to exchange of best practices in the field of student and staff health and well-being. Many different practices were mentioned and a lot of new ideas were also generated.
