Kratek življenjepis

Mag. Cvetka Gregorc je zaključila visokošolski strokovni študijski program Zdravstvena nega na Visoki šoli za zdravstvene delavce v Ljubljani (danes Fakulteta za zdravstvo). Na Pedagoški fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani  je pridobila univerzitetno izobrazbo in postala profesorica zdravstvene vzgoje. Z magistrskim študijem »Splošni kadrovski management« na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede v Kranju si je leta 2009 pridobila znanstveni naslov magistrica znanosti.

Svojo poklicno pot je pričela kot višja medicinska sestra pri anesteziji na Inštitutu za anesteziologijo v Kliničnem centru v Ljubljani, v bolnišnici dr. Petra Držaja. Strokovni izpit je opravila v Centralni enoti intenzivne terapije v Kliničnem centru v Ljubljani. Zadnjih 35 let je zaposlena na Zavodu RS za transfuzijsko medicino v Ljubljani. Od leta 2000 je vodja Službe za izobraževanje. Sodeluje pri načrtovanju, organizaciji, izvedbi in evalvaciji dodiplomskega in podiplomskega izobraževanja na področju transfuzijske medicine za vse profile zdravstvenih delavcev. Vodi klinično prakso na področju transfuzijske medicine za študente zdravstvene nege na fakultetah v Ljubljani, Jesenicah in Slovenj Gradcu.

Na Zdravstveni fakulteti v Ljubljani je habilitirana v naziv višje predavateljice za področje Zdravstvena nega. Izvaja predavanja s področja transfuzijske medicine pri predmetu Diagnostično terapevtski program na Zdravstveni fakulteti Ljubljana, Fakulteti za zdravstvo Angele Boškin na Jesenicah, Visoki zdravstveni šoli Celje in fakulteti za zdravstvene in socialne vede Slovenj Gradec Je mentorica in somentorica študentom zdravstvene nege pri diplomskih delih na 1. bolonjski stopnji.

V Sekciji medicinskih sester in zdravstvenih tehnikov za anesteziologijo, intenzivno terapijo in  transfuziologijo je zadnjih 10 let aktivno delovala kot članica izvršnega odbora, delovne skupine za izobraževanje in strokovnega odbora pri organizaciji strokovnih srečanj. Večkrat je bila tudi urednica zbornika predavanj strokovnih srečanj Sekcije. S predavanji na strokovnih srečanjih, mednarodnih konferencah in objavljanjem prispevkov v strokovnih revijah si prizadeva za prepoznavnost dela medicinskih sester v transfuzijski dejavnosti v stroki zdravstvene nege in v širši javnosti.

Njeno raziskovalno področje je zdravstvena nega, izobraževalna dejavnost in medpoklicno sodelovanje v transfuzijski dejavnosti.


Curriculum Vitae

Mag. Cvetka Gregorc completed the undergraduate nursing study program at the Faculty of Nursing in Ljubljana (nowadays known as Faculty of Health Sciences). She obtained an university education at the Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana and became a professor of Health care education. With the completion of the postgraduate master's study program "Organization and Management of Human Resources and Educational Systems" at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Kranj, she obtained a scientific title of Master of Science in 2009.

She began her career as a registered nurse at the Institute of Anesthesiology at the University Medical Centre Ljubljana, in the hospital dr. Petra Držaja. She passed the state professional exam in the Central Intensive Care Unit at the Clinical Center in Ljubljana. For the last 35 years she has been employed at the Blood Transfusion Centre of Slovenia in Ljubljana. Since 2000, he has been the head of the Education Department. She participates in the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate and postgraduate education in the field of transfusion medicine for all profiles of health professionals. Furthermore, she leads clinical practice in the field of transfusion medicine for nursing students at the faculties in Ljubljana, Jesenice and Slovenj Gradec.

At the Faculty of Health Sciences in Ljubljana, she was habilitated to the title of senior lecturer in the field of Nursing. She gives lectures in the field of transfusion medicine in the subject Diagnostic and Therapeutic Program at the Faculty of Health Sciences Ljubljana, Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care in Jesenice, College of Nursing in Celje and Faculty of Health and Social Sciences Slovenj Gradec. She is a mentor and co-mentor to undergraduate nursing students.

In the Section of Nurses and Medical Technicians for Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Transfusiology (Nurses and Midwives Association of Slovenia), she has been active for the last 10 years as a member of the Executive Committee, the Education Working Group and the Expert Committee in organizing professional meetings. She has also been the editor of the Proceedings of the Section's professional meetings several times. Through lectures at professional meetings, international conferences and the publication of articles in professional journals, she strives for the recognition of the work of nurses in the transfusion activity in the nursing profession and in the general public.

Her research interests are nursing, educational activities and interprofessional cooperation in the field of transfusion medicine.
