Kratek življenjepis

Matej Urbančič je diplomiral na Pedagoški fakulteti UL, nadaljeval študij na Naravoslovno tehniški fakulteti UL in podiplomski študij sklenil na Pedagoški fakulteti UL z disertacijo s področja poučevanja naravoslovja. V času študija in dela na obeh fakultetah je sodeloval pri delu s študenti in pri nadaljnjem izobraževanju učiteljev in študentov, predvsem pri vodenju projektno-raziskovalnega dela, terenskih in laboratorijskih vaj in uporabo računalnika pri delu učitelja. Sodeloval je pri številnih aplikativnih projektih s področja učenja in poučevanja in pri projektih uvajanja didaktično ustrezne uporabe tehnologije na različnih ravneh šolanja. Trenutno je zaposlen na Filozofski fakulteti UL, kjer je habilitiran za področje andragogike. Sodeluje pri številnih projektih, delovnih in uredniških odborih.

Curriculum Vitae

Matej Urbančič graduated from the Faculty of Education at the University of Ljubljana, continued his studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering and completed his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Education also at the University of Ljubljana with a dissertation in science education. During his studies and work at both faculties, he participated in working with students and in the further education of teachers and students, especially in conducting project-research work, field and laboratory exercises and the use of computers in the work of teachers. He has participated in numerous applied projects in the field of learning and teaching and in projects for the introduction of didactically appropriate use of technology at various levels of education. He is currently employed at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana, where he conducts research in the field of andragogy. He continues to participate in various projects, working and editorial committees.
