Kratek življenjepis

Živa Zdolšek Sluga je diplomirana fizioterapevtka s specialnimi znanji s področja ortopedske in manualne medicine ter respiratorne fizioterapije. Ukvarja se s preventivo in rehabilitacijo poškodb, obravnavo kroničnih stanj in pooperativno rehabilitacijo. Ima večletne izkušnje na področju manualne terapije in rehabilitacije športnikov ter respiratorne fizioterapije. Redno se udeležuje strokovnih izpopolnjevanj na področju fizioterapije in manualne medicine (Ortopedska medicina in manualna terapija, Kinesiotaping, Terapija miofascialnih prožilnih točk, Anatomy trains). Trenutno je zaposlena na Kliniki Golnik, kjer se ukvarja predvsem z rehabilitacijo kroničnih pljučnih bolnikov.

Na fakulteti Angele Boškin je ena od izvajalk kabinetnih in kliničnih vaj pri predmetu kardiorespiratorna fizioterapija na študijskem programu prve stopnje Fizioterapija.

Curriculum Vitae

Živa Zdolšek Sluga possesses a BSc degree in Physiotherapy and has acquired special knowledge in both orthopaedic and manual medicine, and in respiratory physiotherapy. She has devoted her career to injury prevention and rehabilitation, chronic condition treatment, and postoperative rehabilitation. She has several years’ experience in the field of manual therapy and sports rehabilitation, as well as in respiratory physiotherapy. She regularly attends professional development courses in physiotherapy and manual medicine (Orthopaedic medicine and manual therapy, Kinesio taping, Myofascial trigger points, Anatomy trains). She is currently employed at the University Clinic of Respiratory and Allergic Diseases Golnik where she is primarily engaged in chronic lung disease treatment.

She works as a clinical exercises and clinical practice assistant in the Cardiorespiratory physiotherapy subject, a part of the 1st Bologna Cycle Study Program of Physiotherapy at the Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care.
