  • Kritično razmišljanje povezano s ključnimi izzivi v družbi
  • Prepoznavanje priložnosti in izzivov pri doseganju spremembe povezane z demografskim staranjem znotraj lastnega dela
  • Prepoznavanje in konceptualiziranje področja trenutne prakse/politike, kjer so potrebne izboljšave
  • Izkazuje kompetence v oblikovanju in implementaciji raziskovalne projekta (seminarskega dela)
