Cilji in predmetno
specifične kompetence:

Študent bo
  • razumel delovanje zdravstvene organizacije, razliko med managementom in vodenjem ter med delom in odgovornostmi managerja, vodje in strokovnjaka, vse z vidika organizacij zdravstvenega varstva
  • poznal temeljne funkcije managementa (planiranje, organiziranje, vodenje in kontrola), vrste managementa (strateški, operativni, projektni) ter ključne vsebine sodobnega managementa in vodenja
  • seznanil se bo s temeljnimi znanji na področju uvajanja sprememb v zdravstvu in kako jih prenesti v neposredno delovanje posameznika, tima, oddelka, zdravstvenega zavoda in zdravstvenega sistema
