On December, 10th 2014 the Centre of the Republic of Slovenia for Mobility and European Educational and Training Programmes CMEPIUS awarded the completed mobility projects for students and staff exchanges (tender years 2011 and 2012) with national “Apple of Quality Award 2014”. The ceremony took place in Grand Hotel Union in Ljubljana. Three awards (gold, silver and bronze Apple of Quality) were awarded in 5 categories: three categories of the Leonardo da Vinci mobility projects, one category of the individual mobility projects, and one category of the Erasmus individual mobility projects. Awards granted the Secretary of State from the Ministry of education, science and sport, Republic of Slovenia, Andreja Barle Lakota, Ph.D.

Faculty of Health Care Jesenice was awarded with the “Bronze Apple of Quality Award” in the Erasmus individual mobility projects category. With this Award the Faculty of Health Care Jesenice winning the highest Award of the Republic of Slovenia in the field of mobility projects realization. The “Apple of Quality Award” winners are presenting the main priorities of the Lifelong Learning Mobility Programme, outstanding with the content, international collaboration and integration of different partners, achieving important results for individuals, organization and broader society.
