6th research school with international participation: Importance of research for the development of the profession: nursing as a scientific discipline

Faculty of Health care Jesenice, Slovenia has organized the 6th Research school of FHCJ: The meaning of research for profession - Nursing as a scientific discipline. Master's thesis with research component have been presented. Dr. Alice Kiger, professor at the University of Aberdeen and lecturer at FHCJ has emphasized international dimension of the meaning of research for profession. 

Some great conclusions were emphasised at round table. Its title ‘The Development of profession and recognition of FHCJ through the achievements of graduates: the role of Alumni Club indicates to the relevance of Alumni club activities and its development. One of the conclusions of the round table were that the development of Alumni club will contribute to the development of the profession,  will encourage active role of students and help with the development of their career. It will also have a positive impact on development of profession values and professional ethics.
