FHCJ students of the final study year started with the international exchange at the University of the West of Scotland with Erasmus+ programme

Manca Stare and Duško Makarić, the full time student of the final study year in the first Bologna level Nursing Programme at Faculty of Health Care Jesenice, started with the 3-month international exchange for placement at University of West of Scotland, Great Britain. The mobility will take place at School of Health, Nursing & Midwifery until April, 26th 2015 and includes clinical placement in total 400 hours in four nursing special areas: community nursing care, dispensary nursing care, women’s health nursing care, and mental health nursing care.

For the study in Scotland, Manca in Duško were awarded with scholarship within Erasmus+ programme (Agreement no. 14-103-000093). Erasmus+ programme is the new EU programme for the international collaboration in education, training, youth and sport for the period 2014–2020. Manca and Duško exchange is the first FHCJ exchange within Erasmus+ programme under Key action KA1 – Learning mobility in higher education. This continues the FHCJ successful tradition in students’ mobility for placement, which was established at FHCJ in 2010 within the Erasmus mobility – Lifelong Learning Programme.
