FHS St. Galle, Switzerland
Dean of ABFHC, Associate professor Brigita Skela Savič, spent one week in September in Switzerland, at FHS St. Gallen, University of Applied Sciences. Job shadowing part of the visit was oriented towards dementia topic – nursing competencies for working in dementia context, project related to dementia and more general introduction of basic developmental issues of nursing in Switzerland. Important part of dean`s visit was establishment of research-development cooperation between both faculties.
Brigita Skela Savič also held lectures for undergraduate and master students of FHS St. Gallen, University of Applied Sciences. Lectures were on clinical assessment and nursing as scientific discipline.
