The 6th School for Clinical Mentors entitled "Modern nursing and knowledge required by clinical mentors for professional and career development—theoretical concepts in nursing practice, evidence-based nursing, quality and leadership" is financed in part by the European Union from the European Social Fund.

 

Theoretical concepts in nursing practice

The event will take place on February 5, 2013 at the University Medical Centre Ljubljana, lecture hall 3, and is intended for both students and clinical mentors of the College of Nursing Jesenice who wish to acquire knowledge on nursing theories and models. The topics were carefully selected to increase the level of theoretical knowledge and transfer this knowledge to practice with nursing students in the clinical setting.

The event will be organized as part of the Operational Programme for Development of Human Resources for the period 2007-2013, priority axis 3: "Human resources and life-long learning development"; priority axis 3.3 "Quality, competitiveness and responsiveness of higher education".

THERE IS NO PARTICIPATION FEE, however, all participants must register for the event. To register, please fill out an application form posted at the CNJ website under Events (www.vszn-je.si). Print out the application form, fill it out and mail it to the address: College of Nursing Jesenice, Spodnji Plavž 3, 4270 Jesenice, or fax it to: +386 4 5869 363. The number of participants is limited.

The Programme Committee reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme.
