Moroccan open access universities are developing pedagogical approaches and methods that allow the acquisition of "soft" skills. The competency-based approach, as well as hybrid teaching, tutoring and project-based learning methods are implemented in the European partner countries and support the acquisition of such competencies. Each partner is aware of the objectives of sustainable development and the need to develop skills related to success and professional integration as well as gender equality. However, there is not a reference framework for these skills. Although their learning is recommended and encouraged by these new approaches and methods, training in these skills is uncertain and it is difficult to assess their acquisition. The project will involve networking of partner institutions to develop a repository of targeted soft skills, contextualization of existing pedagogical scenarios, training of teachers and students and evaluation of acquired competences. This international network supporting the development of transversal and universal soft skills will be supported by a virtual platform bringing together the partner institutions, their teachers and their students. The networking of teachers and students will also allow for the exchange of good practice, tutoring and the development of non-gendered intercultural work group. At the end of the project, the platform will be maintained and opened to other international partners. The platform may also be used to support the development of other skills.
