Kratek opis projekta

The CAREABILITY project aims to enhance employability and social inclusion for migrant women through innovative vocational training in the socio-healthcare sector. By leveraging AI-driven learning and Ed-tech gamified tools, it provides flexible, user-friendly training tools that deliver recognized micro-credentials, addressing labor market barriers and contributing to the integration of migrant women into stable caregiving careers across Europe.

The project includes the development of an gamified EdTech digital learning platform, design of modular, AI-enhanced training content, and implementation of a self-assessment tool. Activities involve train-the-trainer sessions, short courses, pilot training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalability and sustainable adoption. The project integrates inclusive, accessible, and workforce-oriented vocational education practices throughout its phases.
