Prispevek je zadnja objava izvedene raziskave v sklopu projekta RN4CAST. Gre za raziskavo o delovni sili v zdravstveni negi, ki je bila izvedena v letu 2020 na kirurških in internističnih oddelkih splošnih bolnišnic in v obeh Univerzitetnih kliničnih centrih.
