  • Psychotropic substances dependance.
  • Psychotic disorders.
  • Mood disorders.
  • Anxiety, somatoform and stress disorders.
  • Personality disorders.
  • Mental disorders in childhood and adolescence.
  • Mental disorders in the elderly.
  • Suicidal behaviour.
  • Problems with stigma in mental disorders.
  • Treatment and management against patient’s will.
  • Prevention and control of violent behaviour.
  • Problems of intensive care units.
  • Psychotherapeutic treatment.
  • Other non-drug forms of treatment.
  • Drug treatment in psychiatry.
Knowledge and understanding:
  • basic knowledge of mental disorders;
  • recognition of main psychopathologic phenomena;
