The student:

  • comprehension of basic nature of microbes,
  • comprehension the most important agents for infection and  mechanisms originate as to anatomic location,
  • understanding the immune response for infections,
  • comprehension (theoretical and practical) diagnostics of infections,
  • to know correct taking and transport materials for microbiology,
  • to know prevent, discover and control nosocomial infections,
  • to know destroy microbes in environment and organism,
  • comprehension of importance proper use of antibiotics/ antimicrobial substances.
